Two Drums Builder machine

Machine designed and fabricated based on the same principle as the single drum builder machine, but more advanced and used for longer belts. The machine is used for building sleeves for wrapped belt production.

Specifications:
- Belt lengths from 2.200 mm up to 12.000 mm
- Double cord winding system 40 N
- Tensionless stock laying at speeds up to 20 m/min
- Cord winding speed up to 200 m/min
- V-knife cutting up to 200 m/min
- To be used for all belt profiles

Installation and commissioning on site.
